The Competition Authority of Bosnia & Herzegovina evaluates a joint venture agreement in the cable TV market under the national equivalent of Article 101 TFEU (BHB Cable, ELTA-MT)

On 31 July 2012 the Competition Authority of Bosnia & Herzegovina (KV) [1] established that the joint venture agreement concluded by the two cable TV providers for the operation of the common cable network did not constitute an anti-competitive agreement under the national equivalent of Article 101 TFEU [2]. The KV’s investigation was prompted by the leniency application submitted by the cable TV operator BHB Cable d.o.o. (BHB) and alleging the existence of an anti-competitive agreement between the two cable TV providers in Lukavac, a town in Tuzla Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
