Svensk Mäklarstatistik must continue to deliver data on the housing market* The Swedish Competition Authority is imposing a temporary obligation on Svensk Mäklarstatistik to continue to deliver data on residential transactions in Sweden to the company Valueguard Index Sweden, including the right for the company to publish its own statistics based on this data. This decision is valid until the Swedish Competition Authority has decided whether Svensk Mäklarstatistik’s refusal to supply
