The Hong Kong Competition Authority publishes an enforcement policy and a leniency policy and places the focus on encouraging compliance

On 19 November the Hong Kong Competition Commission (the Commission) published the long-awaited enforcement policy and the leniency policy under the Competition Ordinance (the Ordinance). We highlight the key points of each policy below.
