On 29 June 2017 the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova (CC) [1] fined the state-owned public utilities company for the abuse of dominance in the form of restricting the supply of water and sewage services to the customer that did not agree to install the water meter of certain brand as required by the dominant undertaking.
