On 1 February 2018 the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova (CC) [1] found that the state-owned enterprise (SOE) entrusted with the management of the official publications has applied discriminatory tariffs for its publishing services in violation of competition law prohibiting state-initiated restraints of competition.
