Introduction By a decision made on 3 February 2015 in the case I765, Gare Gestioni Fanghi, the Italian Competition Authority (ICA) has found Alan, Azienda Agricola Allievi, CRE, Ecotrass and Evergreen Italia to have infringed Article 2 of the Italian Competition Act n. 287/90, corresponding to Article 101 TFEU) [1]. The competition infringement consisted of a single complex collusion affecting a number of competitive tender procedures organized in the 2008-2013 period to award contracts for the supply of depuration
