The operation The AMO approved by the decision dated 20 09 2000 the acquisition of controlling stake of the shares of local major refinery SLOVNAFT, a.s. by the Hungarian company MOL Magyar Olaj- és Gázipari Részvénytársaság. By the Share purchase and share issue agreement, concluded between MOL as the purchaser and Slovintegra, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “Slovintegra”), Slovbena, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “Slovbena”) as the owners of the controlling stake of the company SLOVNAFT, and SLOVNAFT itself, MOL acquired in phase I the stake of 36.2% of the shares of SLOVNAFT, by purchasing the existing shares and issuing the new
