The Polish Competition Authority gives conditional consent to a merger in the retail of bottled gas sector (Gaspol / Orlen Gaz)

In its decision of 20 May 2013, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (the “OCCP President” or the “PCA”) has given her conditional consent for Gaspol to acquire a part of assets of Orlen Gaz. Both undertakings operate on the sales market of bottled gas. Gaspol applied to the OCCP President for consent to acquire a part of assets of Orlen Gaz.
