Energy and anticompetitive practices: An overview of EU and national case law

This foreword focuses on the application of Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) or the equivalent national provisions in the energy sector. This includes not only the more traditional energy markets (gas, electricity, fuel), but also energy related services and equipment manufacturing. The foreword describes the most recent enforcement practice at EU level, by the Commission and the EU Courts, as well as at national level by the national competition authorities (NCA) with selected examples, but not with an exhaustive list of matters.
