A Slovakian Regional Court rules on the central office on employment failure to issue formal decisions on its refusal to grant de minimis State aid (Emil Krajèík)

The Regional Court ruled that the Central Office on Employment as well as regional employment offices breached rules on administrative proceedings by omitting to issue formal decisions on refusal to grant the de minimis state aid and incorrectly assessed criteria for provision of de minimis state aid. The Supreme Court reversed the decision and stopped the proceedings. Factual background: The applicant in 2005 required compensation of operating costs for provision of protected workplaces based on the Section 110 of the Act No. 387/1996 Coll. on Employment - the compensation related to costs incurred in January 2004 and based on the Section 60 of the Act No. 5/2004 Coll. on Services on Employment (this Act supplemented the Act on Employment)- the compensation of costs related to the
