The new Law 3784/2009 amends the Greek Competition Act The Greek Parliament enacted in September Law 3784/2009 "Review of Provisions of Law 703/77 on the control of monopolies and oligopolies and the protection of free competition" (the "new Law") published in Government Gazette A/7-8-2009. The new Law is in effect as of September 7, 2009 and constitutes an amendment to Law 703/77 "On the protection of Free Competition" (the "Hellenic Competition Act").
