The International Competition Network issues a report on co-operation between Competition Authorities in cartel investigations

"Co-operation between competition agencies in cartel investigations"* The International Competition Network barely needs introduction by now. Created in 2001, this worldwide network of competition agencies, with no concrete headquarters or permanent secretariat, works on substantial and procedural issues of competition law and enforcement, in several working groups, including one on cartels, which is co-chaired by DG Competition and the Hungarian Office of Economic Competition. Over the last two years, DG Competition has been working on a report in the cartels Working Group on co-operation between competition agencies in cartel investigations, the final version of which was presented to the 2007 ICN Annual Conference, which took place in Moscow, Russia, from 30 May to 1 June [1].
