Greece: The Competition Commission adopts Decision defining Terms, Conditions and Procedure for accepting Commitments* On 16 April 2014, the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC) adopted Decision No. 588/2014 defining the terms, conditions and procedure for the acceptance of commitments in the case of alleged infringements of Articles 1 and/or 2 of Competition Law 3959/2011 and 101 and/or 102 TFEU (the Decision).
