The Spanish Competition Authority reaches a settlement agreement with the Spanish federation of municipalities and provinces and four professional associations of architects and industrial engineers (Convenios FEMP-Consejos Superiores de Colegios)

On 28 December 2011, the Council of the Spanish Competition Commission (the «Council«, the «SCC«) decided to accept the commitments that had been previously submitted by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias,«FEMP«), the Spanish Professional Association of Architects (Consejo Superior de Colegios de Architectos de España,«CSCAE«), the Spanish Professional Association of Quantity Surveyors (Consejo General de Aparejadores y Arquitéctos Técnicos,«CGAAT«), the Spanish Professional Association of Industrial Engineers (Consejo General de Colegios Oficiales de Ingenieros Industriales,«CGCOII«) and the Spanish Professional Association of Technical Industrial Engineers (Consejo General de Colegios Oficiales de Peritos e Ingenieros Técnicos
