The Croatian Competition Authority accepts the commitments of the Croatian autoclub concerning emergency towing services (Hrvatski Autoklub)

On 4 October 2012 the Croatian Competition Authority (AZTN) [1] accepted the committments of the Croatian Autoclub (HAK) [2] in relation to the non-competition clauses in the agreements for emergency technical assistance services and closed its investigation into the alleged anti-competitive practices prohibited by the national equivalent of Article 101 TFEU. In October 2011 the AZTN received the complaint of several providers of emergency technical assistance services concerning the alleged abuse of dominant position on the part of HAK.
