The Autorité de la concurrence provides clarifications regarding the opinion that it provided to the ARCEP on the ramp-up of access speed.* On 22 December 2009, the Autorité de la concurrence provided the French Telecommunications and Posts Regulator (Autorité de Régulation des Communications Electroniques et des Postes - ARCEP) with an opinion on the projects to ramp-up access speed implemented with the local and regional administrations and authorities.
