The Croatian Competition Authority establishes the existence of anticompetitive practices on the market for servicing of motor vehicles (Adria Lada)

On 24 September 2009 the Croatian Competition Authority (Agencija za zastitu trzisnog natjecanja) (AZTN) concluded its investigation on the market for distribution and servicing of motor vehicles, more specifically - the servicing agreements concluded by the exclusive distributor of Lada automobiles in Croatia Adria Lada d.o.o. (Adria Lada) with its authorized service centers, which were to be supplying repair services for Lada automobiles during the warranty period.
