The Macedonian Competition Authority finds anticompetitive practices on the market for radio advertising (Ros Metropolis Radio)

On 18 December 2009 the Macedonian Competition Authority (KZK) [1] concluded its investigation on the market for radio advertising on the territory of Skopje municipality and concluded that three radio stations - Ros Metropolis Radio, City Radio and Club FM concluded an anticompetitive agreement by which they were jointly selling their advertising time thus significantly reducing competition on the relevant market.
