Latvian Firm Dobeles Dzirnavnieks does not receive permission to acquire Lithuanian company Baltic Mill* Today the Lithuanian competition authority Konkurencijos taryba refused to clear the acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares and sole control of the Lithuanian company Baltic Mill by the Latvian firm Dobeles dzirnavnieks. The authority found that the merger would create or strengthen the dominant position or significantly restrict competition in the relevant markets in Lithuania.
