On 16 September 2021, the Administrative Court of the Republic of Slovenia (“Administrative Court”) issued a judgment in an administrative dispute against a decision of the Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (“CPA”) deciding on an infringement of the Article 6 of the Slovenian Act on the Prevention of the Restriction of Competition Act and Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union ("TFEU").
