Parliament of Georgia has approved a package “On Amendments to the Law on Competition”* Significant amendments to the Law of Georgia on Competition have been drafted with the involvement of an EU-funded project - “Support to the Georgian Competition Agency,” the Competition Council of Lithuania, and the Competition Agency of Georgia.
