Polish Competition Authority issues Guidelines on fines imposed on managers On 30 July 2020 Polish Competition Authority [1] (“PCA”) issued the “Guidelines on the method of setting fines imposed on managing individuals pursuant to Article 106a and 111 of the Competition and Consumers Protection Act” [2] (“Guidelines”). The document provides the criteria for imposing fines on managers of enterprises for antitrust infringements. 1.
