The First Collegiate Circuit Tribunal on Administrative Matters, specialized in economic competition, broadcasting and telecommunications (the 'Tribunal'), confirmed the decision of the plenary session of the Mexican Federal Competition Commission ('Cofece') on case file DE-015-2013 in the sense that the Mexico City International Airport ('AICM') committed anti-competitive practices as a result of applying discriminatory clauses in the contracts entered into with the companies that provide the taxi service at the airport and, at the same time, ordered Cofece to recalculate the sanction imposed on the AICM on September 1, 2016.
