The Moldovan Competition Authority detects bid rigging practices in the public procurement of a state university (Cartdidact, Lexon Prim)

On 26 September 2013 the Moldovan competition authority (CC) [1] established that two undertakings Cartdidact SRL and Lexon Prim SRL engaged in bid rigging practices in order to share the relevant market in the context of the public procurement process carried out by the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Nicolae Testemiţanu” (USMF) [2]. The CC’s investigation was prompted by the information submitted by the USMF.
