Romania: The Competition Council decides to impose Fines on the National Association of Judicial Executors* In September 2012, the Romanian Competition Council (RCC) found that the National Association of Judicial Executors (the association) had infringed Article 101 TFEU and Article 5 of the national competition law. In its decision, the RCC concluded that the decision of the association by means of which access to the market was limited and the members’ conduct was coordinated with respect to the tariffs
