The Swedish Competition Authority’s decision Bonnierforlagen AB (Sw. Bonnierförlagen AB)/Pocket Shop AB, decision number 370/2012 of 19 September 2012. The Competition Authority approved after a phase two investigation the publisher Bonnierforlagen’s acquisition of the bookstore chain Pocket Shop, without commitments. The decision is final. The Bonnier Group is a Swedish company group consisting of around 175 companies active in the business of publishing and sale of books, newspapers and other periodical magazines, as well as producing radio, TV and film. Bonnierforlagen is a subsidiary of the Bonnier Group and owns 16 companies active on the book distribution market, most notable as wholesalers of paperback and hardcover books and as book sellers to customers on the internet and
