The Paris Court of Appeal reduces fines in plywood cartel case (Établissement A. Mathé, Plysorol, Jean Thébaut)

On 29 September 2009, the Paris Court of Appeal partially annulled a decision of 21 May 2008, whereby the French Competition Council (now the French Competition Authority) had fined six plywood manufacturers a total of € 8 million for having coordinated price increases within their trade association
