The French Competition Authority imposes interim measures on a telecommunications operator in overseas territority (SRR)

On 16 September 2009, the French Competition Authority found that the difference between intra-network and inter-network tariffs charged by mobile operator SRR, a subsidiary of French mobile operator SFR, were prima faciecontrary to Article 82 EC and the equivalent French provision and created serious and immediate risks for competition
