The EU Commission conditionally clears a merger in the tissue paper products sector (SCA / Procter and Gamble European Tissue Business)

Mergers: Main developments between 1 September and 31 December 2007* On 5 September the Commission approved the proposed acquisition of the European tissue business of the US company Procter & Gamble by Sweden’s SCA.
