The Peruvian Competition Authority publishes informational guidelines about anticompetitive agreements among companies in labor markets

Indecopi publishes informational guidance on the importance of respecting competition in labor markets* These Guidelines are aimed at companies, employers and human resources professionals and are intended to inform them about the risks of implementing anti-competitive agreements affecting their employees.
