The Malaysian Competition Authority temporarily closes its offices following the Government’s Movement Restriction Order due to COVID-19

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF MyCC OFFICE*

In light of the current situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia and the recent Movement Restriction Order announced by the Honorable Prime Minister on the 16th of March 2020; the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) will be closing its office temporarily to be in line with the precautionary measures. The closure of MyCC office will be effective as of the 18th of March up until the 31st of March 2020.

Nevertheless, a few of MyCC officers will be on standby during office hours from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. during this period.

Any parties that wish to contact MyCC may do so via our email at enquiries@mycc.gov.my or Whatsapp or call us at +60 19 215 2273. Complaints can still be submitted online at www.mycc.gov.my/e-complaint. Additionally, we are reachable through our Facebook page @themycc.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your utmost patience. Your understanding in this matter is highly appreciated.

MyCC wishes everyone to stay safe and remain calm and to work together with the Government in following their advisories. Through our collective action, we will overcome the threat of the virus.
