On 9 December 2022, the European Commission (“Commission”) published a Draft Implementing Regulation on detailed arrangements for the conduct of certain proceedings by the Commission pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 (“Draft Implementing Regulation”). The Draft Implementing Regulation provides procedural guidance on specific proceedings conducted under the Digital Markets Act (“DMA”). It is surprisingly short and does not address a range of significant issues on which stakeholders expected clarification.
