Introduction The Turkish Competition Authority (“TCA”) has launched numerous investigations into whether undertakings maintain their dealers' resale prices. These investigations include one launched into one of the most well-known sports product brands, Adidas Spor Malzemeleri Satış ve Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi (“Adidas”).
