State aid: Commission prolongs and amends Temporary Crisis Framework* Today, the European Commission has adopted an amendment to the State aid Temporary Crisis Framework to enable Member States to continue to use the flexibility foreseen under State aid rules to support the economy in the context of Russia's war against Ukraine.
