The EU Commission launches public consultations on the Motor Vehicle Block Exemption Regulation

On 12 October 2020, the Commission launched a public consultation with a view to receiving comments from stakeholders on the ongoing evaluation of the 2010 Motor Vehicle Block Exemption Regulation (“MVBER”) regime. The public consultation aims to collect facts, views and evidence to assist the Commission’s evaluation of the performance of the current rules
