In October 2019, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (the "AMC") imposed a record fine on the Ukrainian subsidiaries of four leading international tobacco producers, namely Philip Morris, JTI, Imperial Tobacco and British American Tobacco (the "Tobacco Companies"), and their sole distributor in Ukraine, Limited Liability Company "TEDIS Ukraine" ("TEDIS"), for anti-competitive concerted practices.
