The Australian Parliament passes a repeal of subsection 51(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010

Both houses of the Australian Parliament have passed a repeal of subsection 51(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("CCA"). Following the repeal, owners of intellectual property rights in Australia must comply with certain competition rules
