CMA PROVISIONALLY CLEARS BT/EE MERGER * The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has provisionally cleared BT’s anticipated acquisition of EE. BT Group plc (BT) and EE Limited (EE) are large telecommunications companies in the UK.
