I. The Parties Post Danmark S/A is a Danish undertaking that provides postal services in Denmark. The undertaking provides postal services and applies uniform tariffs throughout Danish national territory. At the time of the main proceedings, in 2007 and 2008, Post Danmark was controlled by the Danish State. The Konkurrencerådet (Danish Competition and Consumer Authority) is the Danish institution that enforces the Danish Competition Act and supervises its application. Bring Citymail Danmark A/S is a subsidiary of the Norwegian State undertaking Posten Norge AS that provided postal service in Copenhagen and the surrounding area during the period 2007 – 2010.
