The European Commission revives discussions on collective redress mechanisms

After the failure of the initiative launched by former Competition Commissioner Neelie Kroes at the end of her tenure, the Commission has revealed plans to revive discussions on the introduction of coherent collective redress mechanisms at the EU-level.
