Factual Background In 2005 the private undertaking AB Göta Kanalbolag was given a grant from the European Regional Development Fund as regards the project “Göta Kanal fortsättning 2006” (Göta Kanal Continues 2006 - Göta Kanal being a famous channel that crosses Sweden from West to East). The purpose of the aid was to strengthen the tourist infrastructure around the channel by establishing i.a. information centers and other facilities. In 2006, in order to carry out a part of this project called “Playfull Learning”, AB Göta Kanalbolag entered into an agreement with Mr. Roland
