The Hungarian Competition Authority fines three IT companies for collusion in public procurement procedures (Synergon)

The Competition Council of the Hungarian Competition Authority has imposed heavy fines on three companies operating in the IT sector (namely Synergon Informatikai PLC- “Synergon”, Montana Információtechnnológiai és Kommunikációs PLC- “Montana” and Hewlett-Packard Magyarország LLC- “Hewlett-Packard”) for their illegal collusion
