Introduction The Commission Decision commented here concerns the distribution of Nintendo manufactured game consoles (the NES and SNES static consoles, that were superseded by the N64 console, as well as the portable Game Boy) and game cartridges for these consoles. Apart from being the manufacturer of the products, in certain Member States Nintendo acted as the official exclusive distributor of its products to wholesalers and retailers itself.
