INDECOPI WILL DEVELOP AND ADMINISTER THE PREMERGER REVIEW SYSTEM* Today the Executive Branch has published Urgent Decree 013-2019 which approves the Act for premerger review, introducing for the first time in Peru a premerger review system of corporate concentration transactions which will be applicable to all sectors of the Peruvian economy, and no longer exclusively to the electricity sector which has been the case until this date.
