The facts of this case date back to 2007, when Ryanair decided to exclude all intermediaries from relations with its customers and directed all consumer internet traffic to its website, where other services were also offered by operators and commercial partners of the company, which therefore received revenues in competition with those of travel agencies (Online Travel Agencies, OTA).
