Meal Card Companies under the TCA’s Scrutiny: From Full-Functionality to Collusion* Introduction In April 2019, the Turkish Competition Authority (“TCA”) released its reasoned decision, [1] as a result of its full-fledged investigation concerning the practices of the companies that operate in the “meal card services” sector.
