The Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania issues a final judgment in the case on the obstruction of investigation (UAB LitCon)

On 6 November 2014 the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania [1] annulled the judgment of Vilnius District Administrative Court in the case against UAB “LitCon”, in which it was held that the company obstructed the investigation, carried out by the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania. In the decision of the Competition Council, which was upheld by Vilnius District Administrative Court, the company was imposed a fine of LTL 615 000 (approx. EUR 178 116) [2].
