On 8 November 2012 the Commission for the Protection of Competition of the Republic of Serbia (the “Competition Authority”) issued a decision exempting two Serbian insurance companies, Dunav osiguranje a.d.o. Beograd (“Dunav”) and Delta Generali osiguranje Beograd (“Delta”), from the ban on engaging in restrictive agreements. The Competition Authority’s ruling was made in relation to Dunav‘s and Delta‘s joint provision of insurance services to the state-owned power company Elektromreže Srbije (“EMS”) for a period of three years.
