On 4 November 2011 the Moldovan Competition Authority (ANPC)  held that the actions of the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure (MTID)  led to restriction of competition on the market for international passenger transport. The ANPC’s investigation commenced on 29 July 2010 following the complaint lodged by the international transports company S.R.L. “AutoInterBus-Tur” (AIBT) against the MTID and two other transports companies: S.R.L. „Moldtrans-Tur” (M-Tur) and S.R.L. “Eurolines Moldova” (Eurolines).
