German Cartel Office Decision on Tendering Process for Gas Concession in Markkleeberg* After proceedings by the German Cartel Office that considered the tendering process for the gas concession in Markkleeberg near Leipzig in Saxony unlawful, a new tendering process will take place. The town of Markkleeberg already committed itself to restarting the tendering process, following a proposal from the Cartel Office for a fair and transparent procedure.
